LCR Round Handguards

Round Carbon Fiber Handguard Tubes – Lancer has selected a carbon fiber layup and resin combination to resist the heat associated with high volumes of small arms fire, and is rigid enough for heavy use. Cooling slots have been provided to manage barrel temperature.

7075‐T6 Aluminum Components – Where necessary, aircraft grade aluminum has been used to ensure the durability and reliability of the handguard assembly, such as the upper receiver extension and the end cap. The carbon fiber tube is precision fit to the upper receiver extension and secured with fasteners to ensure a rigid connection. An end cap is provided to protect the end of the tube from rough handling damage.

  • Free float design ensures that the barrel is not affected by pressure on the handguard, eliminating point of impact deviations
  • Low profile, carbon fiber tube is as rigid and impact resistant as lightweight aluminum free float tube designs
  • Available with standard or premium cooling slots; standard cooling slots will accept accessory rail hardware
  • The LCR5 model fits standard M4 / AR15 upper receivers or variants
  • Available in five basic lengths; carbine, mid-length, rifle length, rifle length plus, and extra long
  • Accessory slots are located at 6 o’clock for an accessory rail and holes for a sling swivel stud so a bi‐pod can be attached

LCH Octagon Handguards

Octagon Carbon Fiber Handguards – Lancer has selected a carbon fiber layup and resin combination that will resist the heat associated with high volumes of small arms fire, and is rigid enough for heavy use. Cooling slots have been provided to manage barrel temperature.

SIG® 516/716

Engineered to fit SIG 516 and 716 rifles, Lancer’s OEM carbon fiber replacement handguards are a direct replacement offering substantial weight savings. Carbon fiber tube is precisely fit to the 2-piece receiver extension and secured with fasteners, providing a rigid connection.

Engineered to fit the MPX, Lancer’s OEM carbon fiber replacement handguard is a direct replacement offering substantial weight savings. The carbon fiber tube is quickly installed or removed for cleaning using the OEM take down pin.

We utilize the best material for the specific application, resulting in hybrid designs that are lighter than conventional designs.

  • Approximately 50% weight reduction vs OEM aluminum handguard
  • M-LOK attachment system for greater compatibility with aftermarket accessories

HK® 416

Lancer has designed a lightweight, carbon fiber handguard to replace the HK® OEM handguard, reducing total component weight by almost 25 percent. Utilizing a carbon fiber layup and resin combination to resist the heat associated with high volumes of small arms fire, and is also rigid enough for heavy use. Cooling slots have been provided to manage barrel temperature.

The Lancer 416 Replacement Handguard requires no modification to the rifle; removal returns the weapon to its original condition. The handguard’s free float, hybrid design incorporates an aluminum sight rail and end cap with a carbon fiber body. The sight rail aligns with the 416 upper receiver.

  • Free float design with an aluminum picatinny sight rail at 12 o’clock and an octagon composite tube.
  • The handguard can be used over most suppressors.

Handguard Accessories

Lancer LCH and LCR carbon fiber handguards have cooling slots that will accept accessory rails. Accessory rails are offered in 2″, 4″, and 5″ lengths and a QD sling cup is available. With each accessory rail comes a backing plate and necessary fasteners.

Also available is a sling swivel stud and threaded backer that can be mounted in holes provided at the 6 o’clock position. The stud can be used to attach a bipod.
